Shikoku Brothers

When twins are separated, their spirits steal away to find the other.

Highlights

  • Long, comfortable and fatigue-free working due to an ergonomic, well balanced handle

  • Unique rose Damascus pattern blade and handle design, which immediately attracts attention and makes you look like a true professional chef

  • Fast and safe cutting with long-lasting sharpness due to the use of a VG10 core in combination with layered Damascus steel and hand finished edge

In every man’s heart there is a secret nerve that answers to the vibrations of beauty.Christopher Morley

The Shikoku Brothers knives are as unique as stunning. A super sharp blade, stainless, well balanced and simply beautiful. The handle is made of colored wood and blue resin in a special production process, that is only mastered by a few Professionals. It is waterproof, antibacterial, heat resistant and non-slip. Since only natural materials are used, each handle is unique and can slightly vary in color or pattern.

But the exquisite rose Damascus blades are also a real eye-catcher. They consist of a VG10 Core, covered by a 67-layer high quality Japanese Damascus steel. A vacuum heat process is used to harden the blade, which results in a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC. In the end, each knife gets a hand sharpening finish. This ensures a long-lasting sharpness, which takes your cooking to a new level and increases your pleasure.

This collection is named after Japanese islands and each knife is as beautiful as the islands themselves. Characteristic of the WASABI Island Special Collection are the colorful handles, which are well balanced to ensure long, comfortable and fatigue-free working.

Knives from this collection are the ideal gift for passionate and aspiring hobby chefs, making even the most demanding friends and family members very satisfied.
