The Kiyoshi Cleaver is a unique handmade beauty made by Artisans. It is not only ideal for preparing wok dishes and wafer-thin sushi, but is also well suited for cutting and mincing hard meat, fish, vegetables and herbs with ease.

This knife is full of history and generations of experience from professional blacksmiths who created a new standard of craftsmanship. Our Master Artisans use high manganese clad steel, which is forged and sharpened by hand. The superior technology used in this process results in a razor-sharp, almost "surgically" sharp blade that can cut even hard meat and vegetables with extraordinary ease. Through this complex process, a hardness of 60-61 HRC is achieved, ensuring long-lasting sharpness. 

Our master craftsmen have created the blade with unique forigng traces, allowing for effortless cutting with less sticking, creating a more enjoyable experience every time you use it. The handle is crafted from Ash wood and adapts perfectly to every hand due to the curved shape and anti slip design, so even long cutting sessions feel absolutely comfortable.

Make sure you clean and dry the knife immediately after usage to ensure it lasting for a lifetime!
