The WASABI Blue Edition knives combine extraordinary beauty and sharpness. The blades have a core of VG10 and are coated with 67 layers of damascus steel. A vacuum heat process is used to harden the blade, which results in a hardness of 60±2 HRC and thus ensures long-term sharpness, as well as fast and uncomplicated working.

The D-shaped handle is ergonomically designed, fits snugly in every hand and ensures comfortable working. The blue colored wood gives the handle an exclusive look. Together with the elegant mosaic pin, the knife series is an eye-catcher in every kitchen.
