The WASABI Blue Edition knives combine extraordinary beauty and sharpness. The blades have VG10 steel core and are coated with 67 layers of damascus. A vacuum heat process is used to harden the blade, which results in a hardness of 60±2 HRC and thus ensures long-term sharpness, as well as fast and uncomplicated working.

The D-shaped handle is ergonomically designed, fits snugly in every hand and ensures comfortable working. The blue wood gives the handle an exclusive look. Together with the elegant mosaic pin, this knife series is an eye-catcher in every kitchen.
